If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. All transactions are processed in USD.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective Bed Foldable Laptop Desk, please contact us immediately at support@vuxia.shop with your order number and photos of the product’s condition. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the return is due to a change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Our Responsibility: If the product is defective or the return is a result of our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. International Orders (Singapore Market)

As our primary market is Singapore, please note that international return shipping may take longer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
